Service Desk / Help Desk

We are Urgently required for Service Desk/Help Desk for our Service Desk Operations Project in South Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and Resolve Technical Hardware and Software Issues
- Follow Standard Helpdesk Procedures
- Prepare Activity Reports to an Expatriate.
- Max age : 30 years old
- Possess at least Diploma 3, preferably in Computer Science / IT or equivalent major.
- Active Skills Communication in English (Speaking and Writing).
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Having an experience of working in Service Desk/ Help Desk for at least 1 year
- Added knowledge of SAP (Basic/ Advanced) would be an added advantage
- Practical and Dept Understanding on Windows Operating System, Office & Network troubleshooting.
