Service Desk / Help Desk

PT JOLA MITRA UTAMA 

We are Urgently required for Service Desk/Help Desk for our Service Desk Operations Project in South Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and Resolve Technical Hardware and Software Issues
  • Follow Standard Helpdesk Procedures
  • Prepare Activity Reports to an Expatriate.

Requirements :

  • Max age : 30 years old
  • Possess at least Diploma 3, preferably in Computer Science / IT or equivalent major.
  • Active Skills Communication in English (Speaking and Writing).
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Having an experience of working in Service Desk/ Help Desk for at least 1 year
  • Added knowledge of SAP (Basic/ Advanced) would be an added advantage
  • Practical and Dept Understanding on Windows Operating System, Office & Network troubleshooting.
